NEW We stock a range of brand new products from Filberts Bees in Dorchester, including hand salve, lip gloss and Belly Grease (which, oddly enough, isn't for your belly although you could give it a try!). The products are entirely natural and made from
Filberts' own beeswax and honey.

Filberts keep around 60 hives at Muckleford and other locations in Dorset, including Halstock, Evershot and Stratton. At the home apiary in Muckleford the bees forage on a mix of local flowers and farm crops.

During the summer the bees feed on 30 acres of specialist forage - sainfoin, buckwheat, phacelia, clover and sunflower - to improve the supply of nectar and pollen for bees
and other insects in the area.
