By accessing, or purchasing from, the Home Sweet Home (Dorset) website you are governed by these terms and conditions. Boring but true. However, we aim to always give you excellent service (which isn't boring).
Home Sweet Home's 100% Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your Home Sweet Home purchase and offer a 100% quality guarantee on everything you buy from us. Essentially, if you're not happy we're not happy!
So, if you have received an order with which you are not entirely satisfied, please do not read any further … simply contact us straight away and we'll do all we can to put things right.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
You may cancel your order by notifying us and returning the goods up to 7 days after the day the goods are received. In the event of valid cancellation (ie faulty or damaged goods) no charge will be made. We shall refund the full cost of the goods together with the cost of postage within 30 days of such valid cancellation.
Goods which are returned due to unsuitability (eg an unwanted gift) will be examined by us on return and, subject to the goods being in their original condition and packaging, a full refund (excluding postage charges) will be made.
Goods which have been soiled through wear and tear may not be returned.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
Prices
All prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling and, where relevant, inclusive of VAT at the
prevailing rate.
Payment
You can order online and pay through the website using any credit card via PayPal or direct through your own PayPal account. This method assures you of complete security and confidentiality. Using this system we have no access to your credit card information, we simply receive a notification from PayPal that the amount has been debited.
This system is more secure than any telephone or mail system ever could be and probably more secure than most face-to-face transactions you make. The cost of this system is entirely borne by us, in the interests of maintaining your confidentiality and security.
Alternative methods of payment:
To pay for any items over the phone, by BACS or by cheque please email your order and contact details through to: shop@homesweethomedorset.com and we will contact you regarding payment.
Postage
The final price quoted on the PayPal payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. These charges include carriage by UK Royal Mail or by Fedex Courier.
Delivery & Shipping
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order to your door within seven working days of receipt of order for UK deliveries. However, we cannot accept liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale - neither can we guarantee delivery on a particular day. Should we not be able to deliver within the timescale above, we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.
Depending on weight and size of order, our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or Fedex UK. We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by either party outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service.
While anyone in the world may visit this site, we can only accept orders through the website for delivery to addresses on the UK Mainland. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and EU countries please contact us.

Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency. Any communication you receive from us will always contain an opportunity to unsubscribe.
Complaints Procedure
On receiving any complaint, we will respond promptly and take appropriate action without delay. We shall acknowledge any complaint within five working days and endeavour to resolve the matter with you within fifteen working days. If we are unable to resolve the matter within this time, we will notify you and keep you informed of further progress.
Legal Liability
The contract for the sale of goods or services by Home Sweet Home (Dorset) from this website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

However, while the colours displayed are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible however, as with all photography, there may be slight variation.
